SMS Program Terms

Last updated: 2026-05-19

These SMS Program Terms govern text messages sent by QuantumLoop Labs LLC ("QuantumLoop Labs", "we", "us", "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive texts — verbally during a phone conversation with us, or via a form on our website — you accept these Terms. These Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

QuantumLoop Labs operates an SMS program used to follow up with prospective and current clients about our software development services (custom websites, mobile apps, and business software). Messages are informational and transactional in nature: a link to our portfolio, follow-up after a voice conversation, scheduling and meeting links, pricing information when you request it, project status updates for active clients, and customer-care responses to inbound questions. We do not send broadcast marketing or promotional SMS.

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from QuantumLoop Labs in one of two ways:

  • Verbal opt-in. During an inbound or outbound voice conversation with QuantumLoop Labs (including a call from our automated voice assistant), you verbally agree on the call to receive a follow-up text. A typical request: “Would it be okay if I text you the link to our portfolio?” If you say yes, we send a single follow-up SMS to the number we called you on, plus any transactional replies as the conversation continues. All such calls are logged with a timestamp, the called number, and the consent moment. We do not send SMS to a number unless we have a recorded yes on the call.
  • Web form opt-in. When you submit a contact form or project intake on quantumlooplabs.com that includes a mobile phone field and an SMS-consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS responses to your inquiry.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase, and you may decline without affecting any other relationship you have with us.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Typical frequency is one to three messages following an initial conversation, plus any back-and-forth replies you initiate. We do not send recurring scheduled broadcasts.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. QuantumLoop Labs does not charge you for SMS.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP we will send a single confirmation (“You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages”) and we will not send any further SMS to that number unless you explicitly opt back in. The keywords STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored.

6. Help

For help with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message, or email admin@quantumlooplabs.com. Replying HELP returns a message identifying the program (“QuantumLoop Labs SMS. Reply STOP to opt out. Email admin@quantumlooplabs.com for support.”).

7. Supported Carriers

The program is compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Mobile Information

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the messaging program itself (for example, the telecommunications provider that physically delivers the SMS we send) is permitted; those subcontractors are contractually prohibited from using mobile information for their own marketing.

For full details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information — including mobile information — see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Program Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes that affect how we send messages to you will be communicated by SMS or email before they take effect.

10. Contact

For questions about the SMS program, contact admin@quantumlooplabs.com.
