Co-founder
U.S. Coast Guard veteran. B.S. in Computer Science. Previously a Senior ISC Project Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, running programs where a schedule slipping was never just a schedule slipping.
Baily
Co-founder
U.S. Coast Guard veteran. B.S. in Computer Science. Previously a software engineer in defense contracting at ISPA Technologies, building systems that had to work the first time.
We met serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. Afterward we both used our benefits to finish computer science degrees, then went in different directions. Baily into defense contracting at ISPA Technologies, Seamus into aerospace program management at Honeywell.
Between the two of us we spent years watching capable teams get slowed down by corporate software that could not be bent to fit how their work actually ran. The answer was always another workaround, another spreadsheet, another export. We started QuantumLoop Labs to build the thing that fits instead.
That is why there are two ways to work with us. Companies with real operations get custom automation. A business still getting established gets a website we build and look after, so it has room to grow into the rest later.
How we operate.
Straight answers
Honest timelines, honest costs, honest tradeoffs. If something is a bad idea we will say so before you pay for it.
You own it
Every line of code, every account, every domain is yours. No lock in, no hostage situations, no hidden fees.
Working software early
Short cycles. You usually have something you can click through in the first week or two, not a status report.
We stay small
A handful of projects each quarter. It is the only way two people can give every one of them real attention.
Based in Florida
Tampa and 30A. We work with clients anywhere, and none of the work is sent offshore.
Veteran founded
Both of us served in the U.S. Coast Guard before this, and both finished our degrees on the benefits we earned there.
